Dr. Todd Muncy received his BS in Microbiology from Bluefield State College in Bluefield, WV and his Doctorate in Chiropractic Health Care from Life University in Atlanta, GA. He has been in practice in Bristol for his entire professional career. He is also the chiropractor for Emory and Henry athletics and takes care of many King University athletes where he is also a Wellness instructor. He grew up in West Virginia as an avid outdoor enthusiast and could often be found on the whitewater of the New and Gauley Rivers. He loves traveling and going on adventures with his family. Dr. Muncy and Beth attend Calvary Church in Johnson City.
Dr. Preston Douglas
Dr. Preston Douglas completed his undergraduate studies in 2017 at King University, where he played baseball while studying Athletic Training and Biology. From there, he went to Life University in Atlanta, Ga where he obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2020. As both a Doctor of Chiropractic and Certified Athletic Trainer, Dr. Douglas brings knowledge in the field of sports medicine and wellness specializing in the treatment and prevention of sport-related musculoskeletal injuries.
Every time an athlete or patient is injured, there is usually an underlying cause leading to such injury or increasing the risk of future injury. Dr. Douglas can help reduce the risk of injury by identifying these underlying causes. Dr. Douglas, as a team physician, works with a large patient population ranging from local high school and collegiate athletes, to the weekend warrior utilizing numerous spinal and extremity manipulation techniques, soft tissue techniques, as well as rehabilitative exercise for correction and prevention of countless injuries.
Dr. Douglas spends his free time with his wife Ashton and two dogs, Freya and Felix, watching Tennessee Volunteers sports and the Atlanta Braves.

Samantha Fox Wolfe, FNP
Samantha Fox Wolfe is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a wife and loving mother of one living in Kingsport, TN. She loves traveling and spending time with her 5 nieces and 1 nephew as well as a multitude of extended family and friends.
She received her baccalaureate degree in 2012 at UVA-Wise where she received her BSN. She then practiced as an RN in the critical care setting for 7 years. She was awarded her Master’s in Nursing from ETSU 2018. Since that time she has been practicing as an FNP working for Humana in an in-home setting.
Samantha has traveled to Denver, CO in January of this year where she received advanced injection training in order to insure that our patients receive the best care possible. She is eager to join Foundations and help our patients reach their health goals.
Beth Muncy, Clinic Manager
Beth has been the clinic manager for Muncy Family chiropractic for 16 years. Her husband is Dr. Todd Muncy, the chiropractor for Muncy Family Chiropractic and Foundations Integrated Medical. She has a degree in Education and uses that to educate patients on living a healthier lifestyle. Beth and Dr. Muncy have two boys, Ethan and Ryan, they live in Bristol, TN. In her spare time she is an avid CrossFitter, she also loves Disney and the beach. Beth also runs our weight loss program, Chirothin.
